Malachite Green ELISA Test Kit (China)

Principle

This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the

detection of malachite Green in the sample. The coupling antigen is

pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The malachite green residues

in the samples compete with the coupling antigen pre-coated on the

micro-well stripes for the antibody against malachite green. After

the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB su-bstrate is added

for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the sample has a

negative correlation with the content of Malachite Green residues in

the sample. This value is compared to the standard curve and the

content of the corresponding Malachite Green residues is

subsequently obtained.
