MONKEY PICKED TEA (China(Hong Kong))

The name does not refer to a particular type of tea, but monkey picked tea comes from the leaves of wild tea planta that grow in inaccessible places,such as on high cliff faces, so to harvest them people train special monkeys.The tea is very highly fragrant and is lower in tannins than other teas,and rich in antioxidants, the tea has a pale golden colour when brewed and is best served without milk, to taste its full delicate flavour.
