Automatic simple pipeline multi-function brick making machine

The whole machine is designed reasonable, with compact structure and low cost, consumes as 50 total power as normal, takes less land, work stable and reliable.

It use Mitsubishi PLC industry computer, LED touch screen, modify data on line according to different raw material, so the machine run under best condition. it has remote control port, offers the greatest convenience to supervise and control the machine, diagnose the problem and upgrade the system. it is automatic controlled by a computer from preparing the raw material dosage, mixing to product output. There are interlocks between the actions to guarantee safety operation, the whole process is displayed dynamically.

If there is a mechanical problem, it will shut down and alarm automatically, then show the position of the problem.

The machine has double cement mortar preparing process to get multi-functions, and can produce different cement mortar bricks by replacing the moulds, such as varies kind of hollow bricks, manifold holes bricks, sidewalk color bricks and plant grass bricks, etc. It’s fast shape brick machine, for the standard block 390×190×190,it produce 8 bricks per pallet and 11,520 pcs per shift (eight hours).
