The Expert - Mr YK Tang



Mr. YK Tang is an experienced instructor and consultant in the process and productivity improvement, focusing in development and implementation of quality management, productivity system, supply chain management and integration of process-people (talent) development. Prior to his consultation works, YK Tang has served in numerous industries ranging from electronics, mechanical engineering and beverages around South East Asia region.



Spending more than 13 years hands-on in manufacturing and regional operations in the region (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Japan, etc) has enriched his knowledge in managing both human skills (organizational development) and supply chain management processes effectively and efficiently. YK Tang was trained and responsible for the Ford’s FMEA courses and workshops under Ford Technical Education Program (FTEP). YK Tang was involved in major organization setup in Indochina, involving process alignments, lean operations and developing human potentials / talent management.



YK Tang is an international guest speaker at the first Arab Beverages Conference in Dubai on June 2007.
