The paper cup shaping machine, PC 1000 is based on Program logic control Technology (PLC) with an advanced adjustment for rear axle. The machine forms single-wrap, two-piece cups. The PC 1000 delivers a host of engineering innovations to ensure reliable, economical, high speed performance. The machine's tooling can be quickly changed in about two hours to produce another cup size. Every single operation in the machine is controlled by an Automatic Sensor Control System. Though rare, in the event of any malfunction during the manufacturing process of forming cups, the machine will automatically switch off. This special system ensures long life for the spares of the machine and minimizes paper wastage.

An easy-to-operate, free- standing control panel with graphic operator interface allows for basic machine control while displaying machine output data, defining faults, and providing diagnostic information with troubleshooting direction.

The machine can operate for 24 hours uninterruptedly, so as to meet the unpredictable demands of mass production. The mould system can be replaced with different sizes so as to enable the machine to manufacture several cup sizes ranging from 110 ml to 330 ml. The PC 1000 forms single-wrap two-piece cups v-for hot and cold liquids, ice cream and other food products, The machine automatically does paper feeding, sealing, bottom punching, bottom sealing, top-curling, ejecting and counting.
