Oxygen Sensor 1 to 4 Wire (Taiwan)

The oxygen sensor works with the vehicle electronic control units (ECU) and transmit information back to the ECU to adjust the air/fuel in rate 14: 1 to the optimum status. The oxygen sensor continually detects the oxygen content in the exhaust gas. Too much oxygen means the engine is running lean which cause performance problem. Too little oxygen means rich mixture, which results in excess emission and wasting of fuel.
