It is designed for automatic reduction of pressure on the down streamside. The valve is provided with large diameter diaphragm, and diaphragm to seat area ratio, assuring minimum change in regulated pressure, resulting from supply pressure variations. Reliability provided by the puppet that assures bubble tight shut off with soft seat even at low pressure. A simple and reliable design with minimum numbers of parts been adopted to allow easy maintenance.
This valve is applicable to line and manifold Gas Pressure Regulation, Instrument Gas System, First Stage Pressure Control, Pressure Sampling System, Blanket and Purge Gas System, Industrial Gas Process Pressure Control, High Pressure Liquid Control System. Pressure Regulators are manufactured with inlet (upstream) pressure 3000psig to outlet (down - stream) pressure range 0-1000 psig. Connections provided in screwed up to 1” BSP / NPT (Female). Valve is available in materials AISI 304, AISI 316, Brass and other special grades.
