This is versatile Cheese hydro extractor. In the Textile Processing And cone dyeing industry more than 100 Installations Done. Still now there is no service call at all.
DRIVE AND CONTROL PANEL:
The revolving cage is driven by vertical T.E.F.C. Electric Motor – fixed on the side of Cast Iron Main Bed, consuming 415 volts 3 phase – 50 Hz. AC power supply.
MOISTURE CONTENTS:
It depends on Cheese / Yarn Quality. It is between 38 - 43 on bone dry weight required for R/F Dryer.
MAIN BASKET:
The main Basket is specially designed having Semi-Cylindrical Sectors for accommodating Cheese / Cone Packages to Avoid damage of the Yarn. The Spindles
are made of Stainless Steel Pipe 304 quality.
OUTER BODY:
The Outer Cage side wall is also made of stainless steel according to size of the Machine.
SAFETY COVER:
The Top Lid of the Machine is made of Stainless steel – operated by pneumatic System opening and closing.
DRYING TIME:
14 TO 25 minutes and vary as per count and nature of the yarn. The total number of packages may vary depending upon the dia and height of cheese.
