A unique blend of descaling compound which is gentle to metals but very aggressive to scales. D’scale 1000 is designed to remove scales of calcium, Magnesium, Corrosion products along with dirt, Dust off the metallic surface gently. The strong corrosion inhibitor will protect the metal absolutely while it is descaling the surface. D’scale 1000 is a non volatile liquid containing descaling accelerator, corrosion inhibitor & wetting agent.
Salient features:
Strong Polymeric Corrosion inhibitor.:
The strong corrosion inhibitor in D’scale –1000 has a strong affinity towards metallic surface, forming a monomolecular long chain polymeric film over the metallic surface which covers all bare metallic surface protecting it against possible attacks.

Good Penetrant:
A state of art Penetrant in D’sclae 1000 will take the active ingredients to the base of any scale thereby acting at the roots and detaching the scale totally. The hard baked surface of the scales is made softer and softer in order to increase the efficiency of the treatment.

Surfactant & Chelating Agent:
A surfactant in D’Scale 1000 will keep all the detached scales in soluble form, reduce the surface tension to increase the penetration. The chelating agent will chelate the loose metallic salts.

Catalyst.
Superb Catalyst is added to D’Scale 1000 which will enhance the activity of milder acids & allow deeper penetration and easy removal of scales.
