: our Chemical fiber special purpose Titanium Dioxide (AH-105) is a special anatase product developed with advanced technology from Canada Titanium Chemical Inc. based on titanium dioxide application feature of domestic chemical fiber manufacturers. It is mainly used in polyester fiber, viscose fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber manufacturing process to eliminate unsuitable glossiness and transparency, that is, used as delustrant, especially suitable for production of polyester fiber. This product is manufactured scientifically and finely under strict quality controlling system according to imported chemical fiber class quality standard, so the product quality is excellent and stable. It has even particle size and narrow particle size distribution, excellent water dispersity and dispersion stability, soft and good blue color phase. It can disperse easily in glycol, and after dispersion, only a thimbleful of coarse particles exist (major diameter bigger than 5µm). It also has excellent covering performance, near neutral PH value and extra low of harmful impurity. It can not only guarantee the second coacervation which rarely happened in chemical manufacturing process but also can provide polyester chip and fiber yarn with good whiteness and color phase.
