Application:

It is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. This product, which can rapidly and effectively remove the water, gas and impurities, aim at turbine oil’s nature of high water content, easy emulsification and high impurity content, and make the oil recover the new oil’s nature.

1. It used the coalescence and separation technique and Duplex stereo-evaporation technology which has strong ability to break emulsion and remove water from the oil.

2. The machine adopt Carbon fiber infrared heating system which can heating the oil speedy , stable and uniform.

6. Air cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the flash distillation column so as to extend the service life of vacuum pump, avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.

7. The machine can also be installed with digital flow meter to calculate and record the value of output oil .(It is optional).

8. The Automatic oil purifier model is installed with PLC (Programmable logical control system) which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.
