Dosages

The dosages of different grades of the powder products are suggested to be (wt.% of cement):0.2~0.25

Application method

1. Dissolving the powder into liquid solution having a solid content about 20%.

2. The powder is used to produce high performance, high strength and flowable concrete.

3. Dosage of the powder is determined according to the designated concrete mix through trial mixing.

4. The powder is dosed either together with water or after the addition of water. It shows more effective when the powder is dosed after the addition of water.

Handing Notes

1. The powder is a weak alkaline powder. It shows negligible toxic, hazardous, and corrosive. It is inedible.

2. When it contacts to eyes and skin, The affected area shall be immediately rinsed with plenty of water for minutes. Consult physician if irritation persists.

3. Keep container closed when it is not in use. Do not store the product directly under sunlight.

Package

1. Powder: 25kg plastic bag.

2. It shall be kept from direct sunlight.

3. The shelf life is twelve months when it is packed with a new drum or tote tank. The shelf life is 30 days when it is opened or packed with recycle drum or tote tank.
