Roller (India)

Roller conveyors are among the most commonly used forms of line restricted internal transport. They can be used for many different types of goods, from small cardboard boxes up to pallet loads and even larger items. Goods must have flat bases or be fitted with skids in the direction or the movement. Drums and tins with seamed bottoms can also be conveyed if the conveyor is equipped with guide rims. However, roller conveyors are less suitable for moving easily deformed goods.
