Rapid Mixer Granulator (India)

Rapid mixer granulator is a very precision machine performing dry mixing and wat granulating in the same Bowl in only 6 to 12 minutes. The entire operation is fully automatic, including the discharge. All parts coming into contact with the material to be mixed are made of Stainless Steel and are highly polished. Drive motors and electrical control gear mounted on the machine can be flame proof. In such case separate control panel should be located in a low risk area.

The machine is made in 8 different sizes from 25 litres to 1000 litres. Select the size of the machine according to your batch size. The capacity of say 250 litres working capacity. The vessels overflowing capacity is 375 litres i.e. 50 additional. The capacity in terms of weight shall be 125Kgs of wat granules, i.e. Half of volume capacity assuming bulk density as 0.5.

By using a two stage housing at the main impeller, along with air purging wherever required, entry of powder from vessel to brgs. Housing or entry of grease from Ball bearing to the powder content is totally prohibited. Similar principle is used for chopper housing too.
