Rubber Auto Parts: Utilizing our rich industrial expertise and a robust infrastructure, we design and engineer durable and reliable rubber bushing, rubber bellow, rubber gasket, rubber buffer, rubber auto parts, Synthetic and Natural Rubber Auto Parts that find extensive usage in Indian Civil and Defence Vehicles and International Vehicles like TMB, Ashok Leyland, Stallion LGV and cars, etc. These items are available in various sizes and shapes. Rubber Bushing: We manufacture latest designs in Rubber bushings from hi-grade raw materials. The rubber bushings are used in automobiles to absorb shocks while running and minimize vibration affecting the passengers. Our engineering excellence ensures that our rubber bushings are of high precision. We have a wide array of rubber bushings in a variety of sizes. If the rubber bushing you are looking for is not available with us, we can customize the particular design for you.

Rubber Bellow: We manufacture all types of Rubber expansion joints and Bellows in neoprene, natural rubber grade for Automobiles and Industrial purposes to meet their individual requirements. Our strict manufacturing processes and quality control procedures insure a precise product every time. Rubber bellows can be made in most rubber compound. The rubber grades used for the inner and outer ply are empirically defined rubber compound rated to certain properties. An expansion joint is a device used to allow movement in a piping system while containing pressure and the medium running through it.

Rubber Gasket: Our range of rubber gaskets are made of high quality, oil and heat resistant synthetic rubber. We offer these gaskets in various sizes and offer special coatings in all these gaskets as per our buyer s specifications.

Rubber Buffer: We bring you strong and high impact Rubber Buffers that eliminate vibration, impact, shock and noise in machineries. We manufacture customized Rubber Buffers that are made taking into consideration the following factors:

Base plate size, Rubber thickness, Mid-diameter for fastening and fixture, Rubber contact area

Rubber O Ring: We manufacture quality Rubber O Rings in different sizes made from nitrile, silicon and viton (fluoro elastomer) for hydraulic and other applications. High oil and temperature resistance, low compression set, excellent physical properties, acid resistance is the hallmark of our Rubber Rings. We specialize in the production of rubber rings of various designs and sizes.

Rubber Hose Pipe: We bring you an extensive range of Rubber Hoses manufactured as per International Standards. Our rubber hoses made from synthetic and natural rubber for heavy vehicles i.e. Ashok Leyland and Tata of various models.

Our rubber hoses have uniform seamless lining made from a blend of natural and synthetic rubber compound and re-enforced with plies of woven textile or braiding of high strength synthetic fiber.

Buffer Mounting

Saini Rubber offers a large standard range of buffers of various types. These range from straight forward bobbins with different combinations of tapped holes, threaded studs, cylindrical or hexagonal plates, interleaves and profiled rubber; through to rectangular body pad buffers and bump stops. We also produce a wide range of additional mounting systems such as U-mountings, device mountings, air mountings, T-mountings, H-mountings; bolster springs, side bearer mounts, chevron springs and primary and secondary suspension components.

Engine Mounting: We design and manufacture engine mountings for numerous automobiles, especially for four-wheelers. These rubber mountings are highly durable and heat resistant and are carefully engineered so as to prevent engine from shock excitation. These engine systems also support in isolating engine vibrations caused by the starting engine.

Silent Block Bush: We design and manufacture Silent Block Bush that consists of two concentric sleeves with rubber securely bonded between them. It is specially designed to take up torsional movements and axial and radial loads. The rubber is pre stressed to give maximum dynamic strength and durability.

Features:

The bonded rubber takes up the full movement.

Lubrication or other bearing maintenance is not required.

The sleeves also have excellent sound and vibration isolation capacity.

Brake Parts: Manufactured using best raw materials, we offer our clients a complete range of Brake Parts that are exclusively used for the brakes in four wheeler vehicles. Our brake parts are designed for both old and new, three and four wheeler vehicles. Some of the common parts provide in our hydraulics brake are: MC Kit and Wheel Cylinder Kit.

Oil Seal: We bring you an extensive range of quality oil seal in various shapes, sizes and designs. Our seals can fit shaft sizes over a wide range. They are used to retain lubrication and exclude dirt and moisture.
