Nexgen offers Air Knife Drying System in India. The Air Knifes gives a high velocity air curtain to the level of 180 m/sec. This high velocity physically displaces the surface water and moisture on virtually any surface. With this technology we can achieve upto 90 percent Energy Savings as compared to compressed air energy costs.

This is possible with the combined technology of High RPM centrifugal Blowers and Air Knifes. The air Knifes slit can be uniformally controlled and length as per the application can be possible.
