Mr. T.T. PAHUJA started TUSAR ENGINEERS in 1992 as a small unit after working with MS. THERMAX LIMITED, A leading ISO 9000 BOILER MANUFACTURING COMPANY for fourteen years. Today TUSAR ENGINEERS is an ISO-9001-2000 company, specialized in fabrication of various process equipment, large sized project fabrication equipments and machined components. We are also exporting equipments items required for mining process industry to UK, USA, ITALY and SWEDEN.

Since last 15 years we are manufacturing equipments like Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, Custom made Fabricated Equipments for process Industry, Vacuum and other furnace Fabrication and Machining, Heavy structures, Fabricated and Machined items for Wartsila diesel Engines, Fabricated and Assembled Converter Hoods, Stainless Steel Fabrication, Low Alloy Steel Fabrication, Fabricated Machine Base.

In the past we have manufactured equipments under following third party inspection agencies are Lloyds Register of Industrial Services, Kvaerner Powergas India Ltd, Udhe India Ltd, Det Norske Veritas, Bureau Veritas, Tata Consulting Engineers.

In past we have also taken up jobs such as design detailing, fabrication and erection on turnkey basis. We have handled alloy steel such as SA387, stainless steel such as AISI 304L, 410, 316, 321, 310 and carbon steel such as SA 515 and 60, 516 and 70, IS2002, IS2062.

We have highly skilled manpower and Quality is the most priority for all of us. We have proved ourselves again and again that we can successfully complete the most complex fabricating jobs not withstanding the size, shape or tonnage.

Our Annual turnover in INR is Year ended March, 2008 60 Millions, Year ended March, 2007 51 Millions.

Our Products are Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Boiler Components, Economizers, Furnaces, Stacks, Plant Equipments, Heavy Structure Columns, Beams, Brackets, Boiler pressure parts, Tanks, Parts of Chemical and process Industries, Dearators, Separators, Piping, Fabricated Auto Parts, Precision Fabricated items, Stainless Steel parts, Alloy Steel equipments, Racks and buckets for moving machineries, Fabricated parts required for Railways and Defense.

Our Quality policy is we will continuously improve performance of its products and services to satisfy the needs of its customers better and will deliver them in time and every time defect free products and/ services through employees participation.

Testing Facilities is all measuring instruments are calibrated, Electrode drying and holding ovens are calibrated, all welders and welding procedures are qualified as per ASME SECTION IX. Some of our welders are also qualified by LRIS, Radiography examination: we have in house facilities for radiography run by Ms. Pune NDT services, Pneumatic testing in house, Hydraulic testing in house.

Testing Facilities Hired is all Physical, Chemical, IGC test facilities are hired from ms. EIca quality Systems Pune and Thane, ms Heat Fabs. - Which are approved by various third party insp. Agencies as well as govt. UT and MPI are hired from any approved parties.
