Ecosafe Solutions is a system integration company, specialized in offering best aeration systems for wastewater treatment plants (Effluent treatment plants (ETPs) & Sewage Treatment plants (STPs)). ECOSAFE Diffused Aeration System (ECODAS) is the most proven method for highest ever efficiency of oxygen transfer to wastewater.



When compared to conventional aeration methods, the power saving would be anywhere between 30 to 60 percent. The membranes are contract manufactured in Germany under stringent Quality Control by experts from wastewater treatment as well as rubber and polymer technology. We design and offer custom specific system - we design, supply, install and commission the system.

- Total flow of effluent per day.

- BOD, COD, Ammonical Nitrogen, pH at the inlet to the aeration tank and required values at the outlet

- MLSS maintained in the aeration tank.

- Size of the aeration tank - L x W x SWD and number of aeration tanks.

- Details of existing aerators - HP rating and number installed and number in operation at any given time.

- cost of electricity per kWH



On receipt of the data, we shall submit a detailed proposal on the blower requirement, number of diffusers, layout, bill of materials and the price schedule.
