Neptune glass shell Co., Ltd is founded in 2000; it has become one of the most prominent manufacturers of electric lighting glass. It covers an area of 70,000 square meters, and has more than 300 employees.



By now, Neptune glass has set up one electric furnace which is specially in making borosilicate 4.0 glass tubes for lighting glass, and two electric furnace which is specially in making glass shell. Its annual output includes 540 MT for lighting glass tubes and 36 million pieces of glass shells. Compared with other materials, our glass shell has more advantages, such as beautiful appearance, symmetrical thickness, the fine lighting rate and so on. At present, we can produce more than 30 types glass shells in model, like T, TD, BT, ED, R, G etc, and we have R&D staff to customize our products according to client’s order.



In the production of Electric and Lighting Resources Hard Glass Shell, U-shaped Blaze Furnace, which can be automatically controlled in the remote, has been used in the furnacing process, thanks to the application of full-electricity furnacing and platinum furnacing, it has improved furnacing quality and efficiency remarkably compared with traditional glass furnace. BLBH-16 Blower, which simulates Japanese NEG, is used in the molding process; the formula of absorbing ultraviolet radiation has been first used to reduce the harm to human body dramatically. The ultraviolet radiation is 34.73 at neck and 45.77 at bulb when the wavelength is 315 nm. The above but not all makes our product’s main performance index reach international advanced level of its kind.



Our products are promising in the domestic as well as international markets. At home, among our clients are FSL Co., Ltd, Nanhai Huaxing Lighting Enterprises Ltd and Weihai Beiyang Electric Group Co., Ltd and so on. We are also a large exporter. Our products have been sold to PHILIPS, OSRAM and GE etc abroad. Up to now, we have more than 60 market share with largest annual sales volume domestically.
