VISION Launch in Carl Zeiss India



On 20 August 2002, VISION was launched in Carl Zeiss India. One essential factor that contributed to the success of the launch was conveying this important "global" message, in a very "local" way.



The challenge for the organizing committees for the VISION launch in Carl Zeiss India after the World Conference in May 2002 At Bad Lauterberg, Germany, was transporting the VISION message to all employees in Carl Zeiss India and engaging them right from their hearts. The organizing committee also focused on conveying the Board of Management's message for VISION and the initiatives planned in these regions.
