Reflex Level Gauges (optional with IBR cert.)
We offer Reflex Level Gauges which are highly useful to provide excellent indications of the liquid level of colorless liquids, using a Prism glass. It produces high contrasting indications of levels of liquids, which can be viewed through the mirror like surface placed above. The distinct line of separation of liquids can be sighted from many meters away. Construction wise, it comes with a reflex glass which is clamped within the gauge body and seals the front opening of the liquid or vapor space.
Its application with steam: Up to 32 bar saturated steam.
Indication: steam space-silver white, water space-black.
Transparent Level Gauges (optional with IBR cert.)
We manufacture transparent level gauges which are fixed with clear transparent glass on both the sides of the gauge, so that the both colors and interfaces of the liquids can be viewed with proper distinction. Our product construction wise comes with two transparent glasses clamped to the gauge body, thus sealing off the liquid space at the front and back. Its application with the steam: Up to 120 bar saturated steam.
Sight glasses are protected against the attack of the boiler water by means of Mica shields fitted on the side of glass facing the liquid chamber.
Indication: Interface of steam and water indicated by Elliptical point of the light.
Centre to centre distance up to 3000mm in single piece liquid chamber construction.
Magnetic Level Indicator: Avail from us excellent quality magnetic level indicator (gauge), which uses a float with built-in magnetic system that travels up and down in a measuring pipe connected to the tank (communicating pipe system). During this up-down motion, it transmits the liquid s level inside the tank to an indicating scale, which provides clear visibility. The indicating scale is fastened to the pipe in such a manner that there is no direct contact with the medium. Our products comes with low maintenance, less leakage points than those with direct indication and no glasses or Mica sheets are used, hence no fear of cracks or break at high pressures. It has double casing type design, so that it can be used for either heating or cooling jackets.
Displacer Level Transmitter (Torque Tube Type)
We offer Displacer level transmitter with Proven Technology, Torque Tube and Hall Sensor, and of Local On-board Key s for Zero, Range, Damping, etc adjustments and settings. It Communicates via HART and FOXCOM Protocol, Optional Local LCD display, available in all the MOC- Material of Construction. Our product is designed with excellent heat resistance, and Change of measuring ranges is possible by workshop calibration. It has very high pressure class up to 2500 ANSI, with wide temperature range -196 to +400C. Side Mounted Level Switch: We offer light weight, cost effective, low maintenance and easy mounting Side Mounted Level Switch which is used in controlling liquid level, with cost effectiveness. In our product components and parts in the wet region or exposed areas are made of stainless steel and prevention of dry running of the pump during overflow is available with the direct control facilitated by the switch. The whole assembly comes with (side) flange mounting, and a provision of cooling fins can also be incorporated for high temperature applications. It uses a Micro switch assembly, along with brass counter weight and a powerful (Alnico) magnet. The change in level causes the float movement; the magnet mounted in the stem of the float creates a repulsive magnetic force, which further actuates the micro-switch.
Top Mounted Level Switch: We manufacture Top Mounted Level Switch which is highly regarded for its enduring applicability in continuous level measurement of liquids of high viscosity. Our products can be used in high-pressure application areas, for liquids, which are corrosive and hazardous in nature. This consists of a float which buoys-up, thus moving the connecting stem through magnetic link to a switch assembly mounted on top during the rise of liquid level inside the tank.
Strainers: We offer two types of Strainers, namely: Y-Type strainers and Basket-Type strainers.
Y-Type Strainers - W offer y-type strainers which are used in filtration of fluids in pipe lines, available with Screwed or flanged end connection, manufactured with cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel. This y type strainer is facilitated with easy removal of the residuals. We also offer different varieties of screen and meshes available for various applications.
Basket-Type Strainers - We offer basket type strainers which are highly effective in heavy oils or high viscosity liquids available with Screwed or flanged end connection, manufactured with cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel. Our product is recommended strainers for applications that involve handling of fluids with large flow rates and also recommended for fluids with high foreign matter content.
Flow Indicator: We offer four types of flow indicators which are highly effective in their specific field of applications. They are namely: Flapper, Floating Balls, Lantern and Flow through.
Flapper - We offer flapper with flanged, screwed or welded connections which are effective for both horizontal as well as vertical flow. Transparent or slightly opaque solutions best suits Flapper’s operation. It is frequently used for applications that involve gases, wherein there are no requirements of internal indicators. Variation in flow rate is indicated by the position of the hinged flap, in its standard unit. Our product is manufacture by using Carbon steel, Stainless steel with available size up to 12 .
Floating balls - Colored balls rotates inside the chamber when there is a flow. It is highly useful for viewing of flows when the liquid is in nearly full-flow condition.
Lantern - In our product observation of the fluid level from any side of the sigh glass is possible through the use of a cylindrical glass and is normally used for low-pressure services. In our product rubber linings can be processed.

Flow through - this product is highly recommended for colored liquids, and when there are no requirements for other indicators and it has clear visibility of the flow through glass.
Condensate Pots: We offer condensate pots which are manufactured with engineered precision; and is a section of pipe that provides large-area surface for movement of the line fluid, when there is a change in position of the instrument element. It is horizontally installed at the orifice flange union. Our product is used for reducing measurement error for hydrostatic head difference in the impulse lines and is used to transfer condensates.
Duplex Strainers: These Valves features Cast stainless Steel / Carbon steel and the GLOBE valves are available with bolted bonnet, or wielded bonnet. These are also available in OS and Y type and manufactured as per BS 1873 standards.
