Detection Instruments (India) P. Ltd. (DIPL), an ISO9001: 2000 certified Company specializes in Design, Manufacture and Maintenance of highly reliable Fire and Gas Detection Systems and portable Gas Detectors in collaboration with Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd., U.K. a member of the US$ 659 million Halma p.l.c.



DIPL was formed in 1988 as a joint venture between Detection Instruments Group Ltd. of the U.K. (later merged with M/s Crowcon) and M/s Pradeep and Kishore Degwekar, to serve the growing demand in the Indian market spread over a wide cross section of industries, from oil & gas to petrochemical to fertilizer to chemical and more. With a constant CAGR of 39 , DIPL has become the largest Company in India offering Gas Detection equipment and combined F&G systems. Since then the Company has constantly grown and become the industry leader today with sales more than US $ 2.5 million mark.



DIPL have a large, modern building with a floor space of 11,000 sq. ft. in the fastest growing industrial area of Navi Mumbai. The facilities include CAD/CAM design center,Electronics assembly and testing, Control panel wiring and assembly, calibration facility, Repairs and servicing benches and a 10/100 Mbps LAN.
