M/s. VISUAL IMPACT, a Proprietory firm is promoted by the Director of Tele Scan Electronics Pvt. Ltd., a 21 years old firm specializing in importing, marketing & distributing the office equipments in India. It was incorporated in 1988. Promoted by Mr Jagdeep Sambhwani, an entrepreneur having liking to bringing the latest technology into India to enable the Indian companies, corporate/institutions to compete with multinationals & be on par with companies from world over. We were one of the first company to import, & market fax machines all over the country. Around 1990 we developed a product called fax saver which met with huge success. As the market for the fax started diminishing or rather the profitability were under pressure, we were on the look out to add new products related to our line of thinking to counter the diminishing returns on fax machines.

In 1995 we came across LCD Projectors & were impressed by its potential & decided to add the product to widen our range. We were on the look out to tie up with a company which has customer satisfaction on the priority list whether it is a soho customer or a corporate customer. A company which prides in the product manufactured by them & will go to any length to see that its product performs to the high standard laid by them. We were fortunate that after six months of efforts we were able to convince Liesegang to provide us exclusive distributorship for their entire range of products. Since 1995, we have been distributing Liesegang products in India.

With the development of electronics industry & its phenomenal growth the maintenance or service has become backbone for the growth of the electronic industry. Maintenance itself as the customer support industry for after sales support has become integrated part of the marketing strategy of any electronic industry.

We realized that to meet the high standards & compete we have to develop our infrastructure & self reliance for providing the after sales service for all the high tech products sold in the country. We nurtured Mr. Mahesh Dagar, a technocrat, a wizard at understanding & solving the technical problems which he has developed by burning midnight oil & putting in 16 hours a day to develop the expertise. The result is that all the reputed companies into distribution have to seek his help for solving their problems. It was decided to open anew company specially dedicated to providing services to the industry & Mr. Mahesh Dagar would had the company which was named as M/s M.R. Telecom. In a short period, we are having the authorization of companies like 3M, SHARP, PANASONIC, GODREJ, BENQ, CANON, LIESEGANG, EPSON for providing the services to their products.

In 1998 we added screens manufactured by Draper Inc. USA to our range of products & have been marketing in India, manual, tripod, & electrically operated motorized screens.
