Transportation Service (Afghanistan)

I want to know if your company is able to transport biological cultures (vaccine strains) from india to afghanistan. I need to transport about 20 ampoules of biological cultures from a laboratory in izatnagar (ivri) to kabul.the governmental animal vaccine production laboratory of kabul, where i work, has an agreement with the governmental indian veterinary research institute (ivri) of izatnagar. That is why this indian laboratory is ready to sell these products to our afghan laboratory.
