located near BHEL, RC Puram, specialized
in executing Major Overhauls, Reconditioning,
Renovating, Retrofitting, Trouble shooting,
Condition Monitoring, Erection and Commissioning
of Rotating Equipments, such as, Steam turbines,
Generators, Centrifugal Compressors, Gear
boxes and Pumps of all manufactures. We
also provide specialist services for gas
turbines. TURBO ENGINEERING SERVICES main
asset is the team of specialized engineers
and technicians with 30 to 35 years of time
tested capabilities in all disciplines,
and young & dynamic engineers and technicians.
The manpower with us is adequate to work
simultaneously at a number of sites. TURBO
ENGINEERING SERVICES Manufactures and supplies
critical spares like turbine blades, nozzles,
precision governing components, journal
bearings (all types including 4 lobe and
titling pad), thrust bearings, Rotor shafts,
guide wheels, Labyrinth glands, Seals etc.
Our spares are economical and alternative
to OEMs, with quality approved by third
party inspection agencies, if required by
Customer's We is equipped with tools and
tackles, normal and specialized measuring
and testing equipment, to execute maintenance
jobs. We achieved very high reputation and
acceptability in customer service, quality
of work, price and safety precautions followed

Spares
Manufacturing
Turbo
engineering services is the alternative
to the original equipment manufacturer
for replacement of nozzles, diaphragms,
turbine rotors, blades, fins, and
other rotating equipment and their
components.
We
manufacture the components from
customer-supplied samples. When
the samples are not available, our
technical team obtains all the necessary
information by reverse engineering
method by visiting the plant.
We
are specialized in replacing eroded
and severely damaged components
in the steam path, for both rotating
and stationary components.
