Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve
EPDM
Quality: EPDM with peroxides
- Odorless
- Shore hardness A 75 to 80
- Elongation 280 %
- Non-toxic.
Resistance to fluids: this quality resists acids and alkalis, detergents, phosphoric esters, ketones, alcohols and glycols. It ensures exceptional service on contact with hot water and high-pressure steam, and it has as well as an excellent friction coefficient which eliminates fouling • Service temperature: -40 °C to +160 °C. Conforms to F.D.A. (US) standards and the ruling of 9.11.94. Conforms to BGA.
SILICON
Quality: mixture with good mechanical properties and good friction coefficient

- Elongation to breaking point 200 %
- Food quality

Pneumatic Piston Valves

- AISI 316 L is used for all parts that come in contact with the product.
- Impervious stainless steel control head (base and cover).
- A N/O - N/C option by reversing the actuator.
- Option of lower pressure springs.
- Option of air/spring control and air/air control.
- Piston seal rings in EPDM standard, Teflon (PTFE) or VITON.
- Possibility to adapt a control head with both micro or proximity switches, also without control head but with proximity switches.
- Diaphragm seal rings.
- Internal body, without any dead areas as piston too.
- Manufacturing corresponds with the present hygienic requirements.
