Manilec Controls and Devices Private Limited is a Chennai, India based company engaged in manufacture and marketing of innovative electrical goods for application in LT installations. The company has been servicing the electrical industry for over 25 years (since 1980) and has earned the good support and patronage of large segment of clientele.
Quality & Infrastructure :
The total manpower strength of office and factory is over 30 staff. We have 8 qualified and trained engineers and administrative staff to manage and conduct activities of the company. The strength also includes 12 skilled production staff in operation of CNC machine systems and varied other machines with systems of hydraulic, mechanical & pneumatic power drives.
The manufacturing process involves these stages, namely
- UK Design of CAD programming
- Tantus CNC Turret Punch Press with Japanese Fanuc Controls
- Amada RG-80 NC Press Brake
- Varied Press Tools using 100 ton and 20 ton Power Presses
- General Fabrication using 2500x6 mm power shearing machine and 80 ton Electro Mechanical Press Brake
- Fabrication using Mig, Spot, Stud, Welding Machines
- Powder Coating using 7-tank pre-treatment process and equipped with American design of Thermax Powder Coating Gun and connected system
- Assembly using pneumatic portable tools and suitably designed work stations.
CNC manufacturing facility enables us to produce goods with high precision finish and at much faster rate. Automation systems in accordance to professional industry norms are adhered as standard practice.
The technical specifications of raw materials and components, strictly adhere to relevant IS, DIN and ASTM standards and they are inward inspected and certified before taking in for production batch.
