    7. Infringed goods
    8. IGoods that violates copyright, patent, trademark, and rights of publicity and privacy
    9. Indecent, obscene, or pornographic goods
    10. Registered or unregistered securities
    11. Goods for which you do not have the legal right to sell
    12. Goods which are misrepresented or which do not in fact exist
    13. Goods if sold via the services of SulekhaB2B would cause violation to any law, statute or regulation.
  6. SulekhaB2B.com reserves the right to cancel, prohibit, or restrict access to the services to anyone at any time with or without any reason. Sulekhab2b.com reserves the right of removing the profiles of people who register with fake address, telephone, fax, or any other contact information. It also reserves the right to remove the web mail of people who are involved in Nigerian frauds.
  7. Sulekhab2b.com and its users are not liable for any comments in the Feedback section.

Trade Offer Ratings

Trade Offer Ratings are based on actual responses (positive or negative) that the users receive while transacting with various parties. The buyers rate sellers based on their service and product quality and the sellers rate buyers based on ease of transaction, timely payments etc. Sulekhab2b.com encourages users to 'rate' the companies they do business with.

The following points should be considered when rating a Trade Offer:

  1. Do not use the user id of another user or a secondary id to raise your Trade Offer rating or lower the rating of another user. Never use threatening, abusive, racially vilifying, discriminatory, or profane language. Doing so will result in legal proceedings against you and you will be held liable for your comment.
  2. Sulekhab2b.com reserves the right to delete any rating without prior notice. The ratings system promotes freedom of expression on SulekhaB2B.com, however we encourage users to rate other users solely based on their experiences while transacting business.
  3. Sulekhab2b.com reserves the right to suspend and reactivate any user id depending on negative or positive ratings of the particular user. Sulekhab2b.com will also caution users transacting with buyers/sellers who have been suspended. Once a user is suspended, all live Trade Offers of that user will be closed and Trade Offers that are loaded shall be deleted as well.
  4. Under any circumstances Sulekhab2b.com will not be held liable for any Trade Offer Rating.
  5. You agree not to put any material into Sulekhab2b.com which contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
  6. You are solely responsible for not disclosing your password to anyone. Also, you cannot use your password for any unauthorized purpose.

Compliance with Law

False Information

Law Suit
