Safety Relief Valve

‘DIAMOND DEW’ safety relief valves’ outstanding features are the stainless steel disc, nozzle and accurate designed guide for safety and reliable operation. Guide surface is situated above disc and is not exposed directly to the fluid which prevents erosion due to flow. This system also eliminates obstruction in the orifice. Valves are provided with adjustable ring for adjustment of blow-down pressure in air/gas application.
 
For zero leak tests the valves are provided with special seating applicable up to 10kg/cm2 and 250°C temperature. Valves are also supplied with lifting lever, test gag to suitable service.
 
Set pressure range is up to 77Kg/cm2 for sizes ¼” to 2” with screwed ends and from 1” to 6” with flanged ends as per ANSI 150# to ANSI 600#. Body material is of Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Cast steel or Gunmetal with standard stainless steel trim. These safety relief valves are manufactured to meet ASME code sec. VIII. The dimensions, orifice and pressure temperature limits are as per API 526 Std. Higher pressure and severe service safety relief valves are also available upon request.

Pressure Relief Valve

DIAMOND ENGINEERING WORKS manufactures compact, economic, enclosed spring loaded Pressure Relief Valves for relieving excess pressure from Piping, Receivers, Laboratory Autoclaves, Sterilizers, Pilot Plants, Filters, Instrumentation circuits, Pumps and Hydraulic or Pneumatic systems. These valves are ideally suitable for safety precaution against over pressure. The set pressure range is from 10 psig to 2000 psig in sizes 1/4” x 1/4” and 1/2” x 1/2” with BSP / NPT screwed connections. This valve consists of maximum integral guide area in the housing, which gives perfect alignment to the disc movement. It is above the seating area providing unobstructed flow thru seat bore and high lift capacity. Positive reseating is achieved by resilient disc in the standard valve, which is suitable for Air, Gas, Vapour or Liquid duties up to 200°C while providing greater resistance to chemical attack. The design consists of minimum components for smooth function and longer life. Is angle type solid Housing has provision for panel mounting systems. This pressure relief valve is manufactured from materials AISI 316, AISI 304 and Alloys. Diamond Engineering Works also design & develop pressure relief valves as per customer’s applications.

Pressure Regulator

DIAMOND DEW’ pressure regulator is design for automatic reduction of pressure on the down streamside. The valve is provided with large diameter diaphragm, and diaphragm to seat area ratio, assuring minimum change in regulated pressure, resulting from supply pressure variations. Reliability provided by the puppet that assures bubble tight shut off with soft seat even at low pressure. A simple and reliable design with minimum numbers of parts been adopted to allow easy maintenance.
This valve is applicable to line and manifold Gas Pressure Regulation, Instrument Gas System, First Stage Pressure Control, Pressure Sampling System, Blanket and Purge Gas System, Industrial Gas Process Pressure Control, High Pressure Liquid Control System. Pressure Regulators are manufactured with inlet (upstream) pressure 3000psig to outlet (down - stream) pressure range 0-1000 psig. Connections provided in screwed up to 1” BSP / NPT (Female). Valve is available in materials AISI 304, AISI 316, Brass and other special grades. Ball Valves

‘DIAMOND DEW’ make Ball valves are offered in Three piece, Two piece and One piece design with full bore and reduced bore. End connections are offered in threaded, socket weld or butt weld, flanged to ANSI or DIN Std. The PTFE seat eliminates the need of periodic maintenance. The mirror finish ball ensures perfect matching with seats and gives long life. Blow-out proof stem and GFT packing eliminates gland leakages and reduces operating torque. The three - piece wafer type design facilitates easy installation and in-line maintenance at site of seats and seals without dismantling the valve. This valve is provided with heating/cooling jackets to suit the service conditions. The size ranges from ¼” to 6” up to pressure 1500 psig in materials of construction C.I., Cast Steel, CF8, CF8m, CF3, CF3m, F316, F304, SS 304/316 and as required.

Applications are in chemical, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Paint, Pharmaceutical, Paper, Steel and other process Industries. Ball valves are also available with different types of Pneumatic/Electric remote control devices. Multiport Ball valves are also available in different types of construction and design.

Non Return Valves

DIAMOND ENGINEERING has developed a special purpose high pressure inline type Non-Return valve. This valve consists of a special metal plug to resist erosion, which is precisely lapped and matched with the seat of precipitation-hardened steel to achieve maximum operating life cycles. This valve can be mounted in any position and suitable for Hydraulic as well as Pneumatic service up to temperature 300ºC, sizes from ¼” to 1” in screwed connection BSP/NPT or as required special connection. Pressure rating up to 500 Bar. Available in M.O.C. AISI 304/316 and Carbon steel (Graded).

Needle Valves

‘DIAMOND DEW’ needle valves are designed for accurate regulation and positive shut - off in impulse and instrument lines and other small lines systems under pressure up to max 10000 PSIG. Service ratings cover all general applications- steam, gas, water and oil – and include a wide range of acid and alkaline fluids, petrochemical and other organic substances. Materials and design have been adapted with particular regard to extremely erosive conditions encountered throttling service. Especially when in combination with corrosive media the valves are drop forged in F316, F304 stainless steel with integral bonnet and needle point disc. Integral bonnet construction eliminates the disadvantages associated with a bonnet-to-body connection on high pressure inside screwed bonnet valves, maintaining accurate alignment of stem and exact mating of disc and seat surfaces. Seat orifice contour and stem pitch provide optimum flow characteristics for accurate manual regulation of high-pressure flow. The valves are available in wide selection of materials AISI 316, AISI 304, special grades steels with design configuration of screwed bonnet, Integral bonnet, solid bar stock construction or drop forged for sizes 1/4” to 2” and end connections to BSP / NPT, Flanged to meet various installation requirements.
