A. S. ENTERPRISES was commenced in the year 1971 as a manufacturer of accessories for automobiles. The founder person, Mr. Ashok Puri, being in the manufacturing of automobile accessories for a long period, gained a vast know-how of metal fabrication and all mechanical systems. This in turn, laid the foundation of a new venture of manufacturing & supplying processing and cutting machines for Rigid and Flexible PU foam, in the year 1989. Our gamut of enthralling products include Automatic and Semi-Automatic Batch Foam Machines, Complete Max foam plant, Circular, Vertical and Horizontal Cutting Machines, Edge Rounding Machine, Shredding Machine, Side Trimming Machines and various other customized machines.
We are a reputed name in India, as far as the manufacturing of cutting and processing machinery for hard and soft PU foam mattress is concerned. We are currently serving a large number of clientele in India and 25 other countries as well.

Batch Foaming |
These are low production machines, suitable for areas where the market is not very large. The quantity of foam produced on Batch foam machines is generally not as good as that produced on Continuous machines. Batch foaming machines offer the facilities of keeping your inventory low because you can produce the desired number of blocks of a particular grade. We offer two types of batch foaming machines.

These are high production machines and can be very versatile for producing different grades of foam with great economy. Construction |
The circular cutting machine has stationary cutting unit and rotary circular table. The cutting unit is welded steel construction which carries pretensioned knife guide (By approx. 10 Tons) |
Bandknife |
The bandknife is 30 mm wide and its service life is about 150 working hours. 2 driven cup grinders grind the bandknife during the splitting operation. |
Adjustment of layer thickness |
Pre-selection of layer thickness in the range of 1.5 mm to 200 mm by veriner or electronically by a preselection counter with digital display from the control panel from 1.5 mm to 999.9 mm with increments of 0.1 mm. |

The Cushion Cutting Line from ASE is designed for trimming the sides of single or long blocks in an efficient way minimizing the work time and also providing digital control over the thickness of sides to be removed.
The machine consists of two vertical cutters in a Left-Right arrangement which can be moved in-out with respect to one another, Grippers to guide the foam block during cutting and a Belt conveyor to drive the foam block. |
