Heat Transfer Printing Machine

The TR0203 is a versatile heat transfer printing machine which uses roll to roll heat transfers for high productivity. The object/fabric to be printed is placed on a horizontal slide, which offers excellent visibility and convenience to the operator. The machine uses a stepper motor and fibre optic sensor for accurate film advance. Speeds upto 10 prints per minute (user dependable) can be achieved. The maximum print size one can get with this machine is 150mm X 100mm. The three parameters, temperature, pressure and dwell time can be easily and accurately varied to achieve desired results.

Heat Transfer Printer

The TR0204 is a variant of the TR0203, and is designed specifically for heat transfer printing on briefs. The brief which receives the transfer is stretched between two equally spaced rods and the heating platen transfers the label accurately at the desired position. This machine is ideally suited for high speed printing of care labels on briefs.

Dual Purpose Machine

The PNP01 is a dual purpose machine, since it can be used for heat transfer printing with cut singles and can also be used for heat sealing plastic bonded labels on the receiving garments/material. The machine has a stack from which one label at a time is picked automatically and placed at the intended position for further operations like heat transfer printing or heat sealing.

We also design and manufacture special purpose heat transfer machines for materials of larger dimensions.
